What Does Fusion Food Mean?
Yesterday, I learned that fusion food is a combination of different types of cuisines. At its core, fusion cuisine blends ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavors from different cultures and culinary traditions to create something entirely new.
A clear example of fusion cuisine is “Crazy Ramen.”
"Crazy Ramen"

4 cloves of garlic, minced
-
2 green onion stalks
-
2 tbsp red chili pepper flakes
-
Sesame seeds (to taste)

-
Boil water in a pot and cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the noodles using a strainer and set them aside.

-
Pour in the soy sauce mixture, stir well, and cook for two minutes.
